SELF PALPATION:
      Rise your neck backward
     Start palpating from your neck region you can feel hard projection (Adams apple)
    Below you can feel another hard substance (cricoid cartilage)
    Just below the cartilage two fingers gap thyroid gland can be felt 
    Palpate your thyroid gland and see whether any nodule is there or not
    


THYROID TEST 

T3 - triiodo thyroxine
T4 - tetraiodo thyroxine
TSH- thyroid stimulating hormone

       Normal Levels

T3 - 80 to 220 mg/dl
T4 - 5 to 12 mg /dl 
TSH- 0.45 to 4.5 mu/l
          8.5 mu/l ( age higher above 50 age )

T3,T4 (LESSER) ---TSH (HIGHER)

SYMPTOMS :

ROUTINE TO GET CURE  THYROID:
Soak the coriander seeds overnight filter seeds and boil the remaining water ,drink daily in empty stomach will make some changes in body to cure thyroid small small steps will help you to  cure permanently without harmful effects. Tablets will not give permanent solution to cure thyroid but diet plan and food habits will help to  reduce control the thyroid glands.

Drinking a coconut water contains lauric acid will reduce thyroid gland 

Seasonal ,fruits, onion, brown rice and jaggery

Kneel down.
Can sure right hand with right leg same as your left and with left leg
Rise chest up 
Rise ahead thyroid gland will get open breathe in and breathe out slowly
After sometime relax 
Do it for 5 minutes
BUJANGASANA (COBRA POSE)

Lie down
Rise your body forward
 hands on your chest level
Slightly breath in and breathe 


SETHU BANDHASANA (BRIDGE POSE)

Lie down on your back side
Bend your both legs
catch your ankle
Flex your body as arc
MATSYASANA (YOGA POSE)

Lie down on your back
Keep your hands under your thighs
Rise your chest
Land your head

                 Daily doing these yogasanas will make a blood flow to thyroid gland and regulate the thyroid function properly. Between yogasanas leave some time to relax . Do more stretch exercise on your neck region to reduce the thyroid gland . Eating good vegetables seasonal fruits and exercise will make you fit and healthy. Avoid  any refrigerated foods it is very easy to to cause a cold .

           For dry skin easy home remedy is add 1 teaspoon of ghee in hot water and drink it daily in morning

         For constipation eat fibre content fruits and vegetables example Banana is the best remedy can take it daily two. Eating the dry grapes at night will prevent constipation.

      For irregular periods daily using sesame oil in cooking, eating one teaspoon of sesame seeds will increase the  blood in the body, then irregular periods will be cured.

        For cough and cold always try to have a pepper in your bag and consume daily 3 to 4 peppers.
